SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES IN THE SCHOOLS

Early Childhood Special Education Services

Our team of licensed Early Childhood Special Education Teachers can provide your students age birth-7 years with the services and support they need to be successful. Our provider tailors services to meet the needs of your school and students. Some examples of ways an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher can contribute to your team:

  • Provision of direct and indirect special education services

  • Case management responsibilities

  • Special education evaluation measures completed, scored, interpreted, and reported

  • Timely and thorough completion of due process documentation

  • Collaboration with general education staff and other special education providers to maximize student success

Behavior Consultation

Sometimes the biggest shift doesn't come from finding the "right strategy," it comes from asking different questions.

Using a nervous system-informed lens, we partner with educators to better understand challenging behavior and develop practical, individualized supports. Consultation may include:

  • Classroom observations followed by collaborative problem-solving

  • Virtual consultation by video or phone

  • Brainstorming strategies tailored to the student, classroom, and team

  • Support in viewing behavior through the lens of regulation, felt safety, and connection

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we use a structured process to help teams uncover what may be driving a student's behavior and identify realistic next steps.

Coming soon: Individual 40-minute virtual behavior consultation sessions for educators and caregivers.
